At NiteSource Security we take training seriously and have implemented a mandatory training curriculum for all our guard staff. We take pride in our training division and feel our training program is one major reason that we far exceed the standards in the Security Profession.

NiteSource Security potential staff members are trained in the Professional Security Training Network Series prior to taking a security guard position at any of our clients. This is a requirement that all potential staff members must successfully complete before they are offered a job with NiteSource Security.

We also provide our staff with additional Instructor Based Training in several topics from Bomb Threat Management to Workplace Violence. Several of these classes are offered to the general public and our clients upon request.
